About The Position

Work Flexibility: Onsite 3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday 11pm-7am What you will do: Lead and instruct warehouse personnel Create and maintain a proactive work environment Directly train warehouse personnel Department quality - stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity of warehouse personnel Pre-plan work assignments for warehouse personnel Coordinate workload with other lead person and departments to improve efficiency Issue disciplinary action as necessary to employees Prepare and issue performance evaluations to employees Participate in evaluating potential new hires with warehouse manager Notify warehouse manager of any unusual problems Maintain company policies, safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition Assist in evaluating the receiving function for maximum efficiency Assist in evaluating the warehouse locations for maximum efficiency Monitor warehouse bar-code system: check for errors to assure accuracy What you need Required: High School or GED Minimum 5 years warehouse experience Preferred Associates degree Experience with Skyjacks, Electrical Hand-jacks, and other equipment Experience with Warehouse Software and working with computer interfacing #INDGQO Travel Percentage: 0% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
