About The Position

Essential Duties and Accountabilities 1. Fulfill material requests and issue supplies according to production and departmental needs. 2. Document all material transactions accurately in the inventory or ERP system. 3. Load, unload, move, and stage materials within assigned areas. 4. Verify quantities, part numbers, and accuracy of materials received or issued. 5. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies. 6. Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards. 7. Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other approved material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently. 8. Coordinate material flow between departments to support production schedules and prevent delays. 9. Communicate shortages, delays, or material issues to supervisors or production teams. 10. Support shipping and receiving activities, including packaging, labeling, and documentation. 11. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards. 12. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently to follow safety procedures, read work orders, complete documentation, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely (up to company‑specified weight limits).
  • Basic computer skills: experience with scanners or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production timelines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Basic computer skills: experience with scanners or ERP systems is a plus.
