The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of warehousing to optimize efficiency, ensure compliance with 5S regulations. The role will be leading on implement stable processes and work on continuous improvement to support the growth of the business organization.

  • Lead and mentor warehouse teams, including scheduling, performance monitoring, training, and conflict resolution to maximize productivity and minimize overtime.
  • Oversea end to end daily operations such as inbound, outbound and order fulfillments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing inventory accuracy on raw materials and finish goods, monitoring stock levels to meet internal and external customer demands.
  • Maintains trackable records to analyze warehouse data to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve overall operational performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse layout, workflows, equipment utilization, and technology integration (e.g., WMS and ERP systems) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company safety standards; monitor security of goods and maintain a safe work environment through policy enforcement and regular inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and executives to resolve operational issues and support supply chain goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analytics
  • High attention to detail and accountability in managing warehouse operation
  • Work knowledge of SAP, WMS and TMS
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and operate forklifts
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of 5S regulation
