About The Position

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our technicians have what they need to succeed in the field.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the trades or home services industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials is a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and stock organization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts.
• Coordinate with service managers and technicians to ensure job readiness and material availability.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Manage warehouse staff, schedules, and performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing.
• Utilize inventory software and systems to track and report on warehouse metrics.
