We’re Looking For A: Warehouse Manager Location: Memphis, TN Schedule: M-F, 7am - 4:30pm What You’ll Be Doing: Tactical Alignment & Goal Execution Align Operations with Company Goals and Mission: Ensure all warehouse activities support both daily operational targets and long-term business objectives while reinforcing with team members how their individual contributions drive the company’s overall success and reputation. Warehouse Operations & SLA Command Lead daily distribution and warehouse operations—including inbound, picking, packing, shipping, and retail/e-commerce fulfillment—ensuring SLA performance, operational accuracy, and full compliance with retail routing and shipping requirements. Workflow Engineering & Productivity Optimize warehouse efficiency by monitoring KPIs (e.g., UPH, order accuracy), identifying operational bottlenecks, and continuously improving warehouse layout and processes to increase fulfillment speed and productivity. Team Leadership & Culture Lead and develop a team of 15–20 employees through hands-on coaching while maintaining a safe, audit-ready warehouse environment and partnering with operations leadership to prepare for seasonal volume surge Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): Proven experience managing retail distribution or e-commerce fulfillment operations.

  • Proven experience managing retail distribution or e-commerce fulfillment operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment with minimum 2+ years of Inventory Control Experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
  • Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
