We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who will take full ownership of our operations, planning, organizing, and driving purchasing, inventory, production, and all shipping and receiving activities. This role is all about leadership and impact, ensuring top-tier warehouse performance while guiding and developing a strong, effective team. This is a pivotal role in a high-volume supply chain environment, located at our new state-of-the-art facility in Indiana. The 400,000 square foot facility serves as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally. Because this is a brand-new warehouse, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build systems from the ground up, create efficient processes, and shape a high-performing culture from day one.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience and 0-2 years in warehouse management.
  • Systems: Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Skills: Strong communication, coaching, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing salaried leaders a plus.
  • Warehouse Execution Systems and Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive productivity and efficiency by analyzing workflows and implementing clear, effective procedures across all warehouse operations.
  • Lead end-to-end warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and daily operations, while building a high-performing team.
  • Champion Lean initiatives to optimize equipment and facility usage, reduce waste, and ensure proactive maintenance of warehouse assets.
  • Own and deliver on warehouse goals and key performance metrics, ensuring consistent, measurable results.
  • Leverage KPIs and dashboards to drive daily continuous improvement and respond quickly to performance insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Design and implement impactful training programs covering job skills, safety, environmental standards, and security.
  • Manage the warehouse budget, maintaining cost control through regular monitoring and monthly reviews.
