About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and safe workflow throughout our facility. The
ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven background in warehouse or logistics management.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and general warehouse safety practices
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Service Titan and Dynamic’s systems are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits (Inventory Control)
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal departments
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow for efficiency
• Monitor equipment, schedule maintenance, and ensure proper use of tools and machinery
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
