About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our warehouse and fleet. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our field teams and ensuring timely delivery of materials to job sites.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Unload trucks and organize materials within the warehouse.
Maintain optimal stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
Issue materials to jobs for accurate job costing and true up returned materials.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and security.
Tool and Equipment Management: Manage tools and equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and readiness.
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce lockout/tagout procedures and other safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety audits and training for staff.
Logistics and Delivery: Transport materials to job sites as needed, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage the delivery and pick-up of dump trailers.
Supervision and Team Management: Supervise one direct report, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Facility Maintenance: Oversee building and fleet maintenance, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
Maintain grounds to ensure a safe and professional environment.
Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by management to support warehouse operations.
