About The Position

Redo Cabinets is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and driven to maintain an efficient, clean, and well-run warehouse operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience required
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, material preparation, inspection, and delivery of products
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and completed on time
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Oversee warehouse equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition
• Perform building and vehicle maintenance as needed
• Pre-cut materials for cabinet jobs and stage for upcoming installations
• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, labeling, loading, and unloading activities
• Assist with inventory control and tracking procedures
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Drive to pick up and drop off materials when needed
• Assist with setup and teardown of home shows and events
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
• Perform other duties as assigned
