About The Position

Warehouse Manager - USA Tools Mobile Express USA Tools Mobile Express is seeking an experienced and highly effective Warehouse Manager to lead our receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, value-added services, and delivery of more than 15,000 professional automotive tools and equipment items. You will oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and lead a high-performing warehouse team.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager
Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices
Demonstrated success implementing process improvements
Solid understanding of warehousing KPIs
Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop staff
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter with excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is a plus

Responsibilities

Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies, goals, and vision
Oversee receiving, shipping, delivery drivers, warehousing and distribution
Monitor product levels to optimize space utilization and seasonal inventory needs
Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and security throughout the facility
Lead Cycle Count activities to ensure inventory accuracy
Plan daily work, assign tasks, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Recruit, train, onboard, coach, and motivate warehouse staff
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
