About The Position

Warehouse Management support for Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) contract providing Program Management, Educational Aides Services, Publication Storage and Assembly Warehouse Services, Student Records Management Services, Class Registration Services and Disclosure Support Services.
Duties include the following:
Responsible for managing a 5,232 square foot warehouse.
Manage inventory control software program to provide accurate counts of publications and supplies in the warehouse.
Oversee the delivery of classroom items throughout the campus.
Oversee the stocking of materials in the designated locations using the first-in-first-out method.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past three years.
• Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
• Able to use a computer to communicate via email and retrieve/send reports.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Possess a valid United States Driver's License.
• Capable of carrying 40lb box up two flights of stairs.
• Experience utilizing a battery powered forklift and battery powered pallet jack.
