About The Position

As Warehouse Manager , you will develop and maintain operational procedures for receiving, warehousing, material picking, staging, and delivery to production, ensuring material availability, safety, quality, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). A critical goal is to manage inventory with a focus on high accuracy, supporting production and customer requirements. In addition, you will lead all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics to support rig and spare parts sales.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
  • 10+ years in a manufacturing environment with warehousing, inventory control, and logistics experience.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing and developing teams.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Innovative mindset with strong safety and quality focus.
  • Logical, methodical problem-solving approach for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and maintaining strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.
  • Recruit, develop, and promote team members within warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply operations for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.
  • Coordinate rig shipping to meet customer needs in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and maintain proper documentation.
  • Provide a safe working environment; identify and correct unsafe conditions or habits, including proper handling of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
  • Maintain site conditions using lean principles.
  • Manage departmental budget effectively.
