The Tile Shop is NOW HIRING a FULL TIME and IN-STORE Warehouse Manager. The In-Store Warehouse Manager is responsible for helping oversee the warehouse at the store itself, preparing packing and shipping documents, picking and staging outbound shipments, ensuring inbound & outbound shipments are accurate & damage-free, and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area. They must also have the ability to manually move and lift 50 to 100 lb. boxes of tile on a regular basis and have the flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation. The role involves reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets or shelves. It also includes sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences, completing all paperwork pertaining to inventory (shipping/receiving confirmations, purchase orders, open orders, order check-off, UPS), ensuring complete accuracy of store inventory, labeling orders and back stock, participating in the cycle counting program, loading and unloading customer vehicles with proper paperwork, processing incoming freight trucks, properly using equipment like forklifts, inspecting equipment, recording product amounts, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Data entry into a computer and other assigned duties are also part of the role.
