Alfred opened its first cafe on Melrose Place in 2013 with a simple idea: coffee should be an experience. Since then, we’ve grown into a globally recognized brand with locations across Los Angeles, Austin, and the Middle East. Guided by our four core values – Consistent Innovation, Everyday Excellence, Collaborative Individuality, and Joyful Belonging – we’ve built more than cafes. We’ve built a culture, a community, and a standard. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a build role. We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who thrives in building from the ground up—someone who can step into a blank slate, establish structure, and create efficient, scalable operations from day one, and leads with both operational discipline and team-first leadership. You will be responsible for launching and operating Alfred’s centralized distribution hub in Van Nuys, supporting 24 cafes (and growing) across Southern California. Initial training and onboarding will take place at our headquarters in West Hollywood as we transition into the new facility.
