WHAT YOU WILL DO: Assist and Manage the Pulling loads and product for route trucks, lift and load on/off trucks Train and motivate new hires Check all deliveries and compare to paperwork Assist and Ensure the receipt and disbursement of all stock, products Order and rotate all stock for the needs of the business Inventory process Utilize efficiently all software systems for the current role Great Communication Ability to task manage Manage to ensure facilities clean: Empty all trash, sweep, and straighten parking lot, warehouse and dock Physical requirements: Lifting of 35 pounds or more, overhead reaching, stooping, bending, stairs, standing, walking, regular on time attendance

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience, shipping, receiving, inventory
• Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse, lifting, driving
• Adaptable, Cooperative, Responsible, Diligent, Attention to Detail, Innovative, Integrity
• Works closely with multiple levels: vendors, route drivers, managers and warehouse team
• warehouse or retail food service experience required

Nice To Haves

• Prior Management experience preferred
