About The Position

The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of goods. This position is responsible for managing the flow of inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Warehouse Manager leads a team to execute order picking, inventory control, and distribution center functions while leveraging Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance operational efficiency. They collaborate closely with supply chain and logistics teams to support international shipping and distribution strategies. Ultimately, the role ensures that the warehouse operates smoothly to meet customer demands and organizational goals within the United States.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and management within a distribution center environment.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with advanced supply chain operations and distribution center technologies.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Certification in logistics or warehouse management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory control to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize storage solutions.
• Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to facilitate international shipping and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
