This position assists in the day-to-day warehouse operations of the Dakota Houston branch, covering everything from customer service and inventory control to workflow, safety, warehouse operation, culture building, employee management, and cost management. The primary goal is to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and safety within the warehouse, while also supporting the training and supervision of employees. The ideal candidate should possess a detailed understanding of the Hardwood Lumber business, with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience. This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing warehouse management, organization, and safety, supervising approximately 14 team members.
