Bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Manager to join our team. You will oversee all warehouse operations and ensure receiving, distribution, and storage all run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring that inventory is correct and organized, orders are processed accurately, shipments are processed quickly and correctly, and invoices are error-free. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has experience in warehouse operations or logistics. You must have a forklift license and be able to operate all required warehouse equipment safely.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree preferred
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics preferred
- Excellent leadership skills
- Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including large equipment
- Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are satisified
- Provide quality customer service
- Hire, train, and manage warehouse employees
- Create work schedules
- Manage stock from receiving to pickups and deliveries
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and safety regulations
- Educate employees on safety guidelines and reduce on-the-job accidents and injuries
- Communicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively
