About The Position

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, safe operations, and excellent service for our customers and internal teams. Requirements

Previous warehouse leadership or management experience
Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Experience supervising teams and managing schedules
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyze data and manage operational processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory systems

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse associates, including scheduling and performance management
Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes
Oversee receiving, storage, transfers, and shipping of products
Manage warehouse organization, product allocation, and material handling equipment
Coordinate inbound shipments and manage freight claims
Maintain strong communication between warehouse, sales, and operations teams
Address and resolve customer issues related to orders, pickups, or deliveries
Monitor expenses and support branch budgeting activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards
Oversee delivery operations and ensure DOT compliance for drivers and vehicles
