About The Position

Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day pick, pack, and ship operations at our Indianapolis warehouse. You'll be the person responsible for making sure orders go out accurately and on time.
We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with at least 2 years of experience.

What will you be doing?
Own all pick, pack, and ship operations for our Indianapolis fulfillment location. You are the single point of accountability for orders leaving this building.
Receive, organize, and maintain inventory.
Process orders accurately using our ERP system (Fulfil.IO) and Shopify.
Coordinate with our main fulfillment team to manage inventory replenishment and flag stock issues before they become problems.
Hit daily shipping targets and maintain on-time fulfillment rates.
Troubleshoot order issues (damaged product, mispicks, shortages) and resolve them quickly.
Communicate proactively.
How Our Hiring Works & How We Operate:
When hiring, we'll work with you to define the KPIs you'll be responsible for and set targets. This removes ambiguity around wondering if you're doing a good job after you start.
Initial soft interview, then a practical walkthrough/working interview at the warehouse. Our average time-to-hire from our first interview is ~8–10 days. We pride ourselves on timely responses and updates for applicants.
We run on EOS/Traction. If you've used Scaling Up or something like OKRs, you'll likely slip into Traction easily! If you haven't used it before, we recommend quickly researching Traction.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or a similar hands-on operations role.
• Reliable.
• Comfortable working independently. This is a small operation and you'll be running it day-to-day.
• Physically able to lift 40+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and move inventory around a ~1,000 sq ft space.
• Basic computer literacy. You'll be working in Fulfil.IO, Shopify, and communicating via Basecamp daily.
• No issue working ~45–50 hours during peak wedding season.
• Excellent cultural fit as per our values above.
