About The Position

Med One Group , a trusted leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 30 years, is seeking a self-motivated leader for our distribution warehouse in Boerne, TX. This is a full-time hourly position. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and efficiency of the warehouse and operational functions while collaborating closely with the sales team. You will provide direction, training, and support to a team of customer service professionals responsible for equipment processing, delivery, scheduling, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor role.
  • 1–2 years of demonstrated leadership experience with a strong ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team; medical equipment rental experience is a plus.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills.
  • Able to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice To Haves

  • medical equipment rental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for a team of customer service staff responsible for medical equipment processing, delivery, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee site organization, including warehouse and office setup, cleanliness, supply management, coordination with Home Office IT, business licensing, and communication with local property management.
  • Manage and direct drivers' daily activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain appropriate PAR levels of equipment to meet local customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with all Home Office policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Train and onboard new operations staff within the distribution center.
  • Collaborate with local Sales Representatives and Regional Operations Managers to address operational challenges and customer concerns.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to assist with deliveries as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working additional hours when required to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours service calls as necessary.
