We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure smooth logistics, and lead a high-performing team. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts, implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs. Requirements

• 3–5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience (preferred in California-based operations).
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience (receiving, stocking, staging, shipping, cycle counts, etc.).
• 1–3 years of inventory management.
• 1–3 years of plumbing and/or electrical experience.
• 1–3 years of Microsoft Office proficiency.
• 1–3 years of ServiceTitan experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Familiarity with California labor laws and workplace safety requirements.
• Initiative, extreme ownership, and follow-through mindset.
• Commitment to delivering 5-star service internally and externally.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of ServiceTitan experience (preferred).
