About The Position

The Warehouse & Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe warehouse and facilities operations that support Namaste Solar's teams. This role owns inventory accuracy, material staging, warehouse SOPs, and day-to-day facility readiness while leading a team of warehouse professionals. The Manager partners closely with Operations, Procurement, Safety, and Leadership to reduce job delays, improve usability of systems and processes for crews, and maintain compliant, well-functioning facilities.

Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse or materials operations (construction, solar, or trades preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication and inventory management skills
• Experience leading teams in fast‑paced environments
• Ability to work effectively with field crews, leadership and cross-functional partners
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Familiarity and experience with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and operational reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy, audits, and reconciliation across warehouse locations (Denver and Longmont)
• Oversee receiving, put‑away, kitting, staging, and outbound material processes
• Maintain organized, safe warehouse environments and company facilities
• Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse standard operating procedures in collaboration with Operations.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations on inbound inventory logistics and space utilization
• Improve kitting and staging processes to support field productivity
• Coordinate facilities maintenance, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Participate in budgeting for warehouse and facilities expenses and execute within approved limits
• Identify and address slow‑moving or excess inventory
• Identify improvement opportunities and support approved capital projects related to warehouse or facilities
• Hire, train, manage and provide feedback for the warehouse staff
• Set daily priorities and performance expectations
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration
• Work closely with Procurement, Safety, Finance, and Operations
• Provide inventory reporting and operational insights
• Support planning for growth and new product lines
