About The Position

Regal Brands has an opportunity available for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This position has an anticipated hiring salary of $85,000 per year and is eligible for our full Benefits Package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this position is Full-Time, (40 hours per week) Monday –Friday, from 7:00AM – 3:30PM. This position will work on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco. The Warehouse Manager leads a team of 22 Warehouse employees, who pick, assemble, pack, and ship door hardware directly to customers. This is a leadership position and is ultimately responsible for the continual improvement of a safe working environment, the outbound quality of every shipment to customers (right product, correctly assembled), and for continual improvement of warehouse efficiencies. This position would run the hour-to-hour, day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center management, ideally in ecommerce.
  • Warehouse KPI experience: such as safety metrics, pick accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues such as shipping computers, product issues, and mechanically inclined enough for basic equipment issues (presses, hand tools).
  • Forklift experience.
  • Continuous improvement experience: such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the entirety of an 8-hour shift, and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Trades, Associate, and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) experience a plus.
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, assembly, packing, shipping, returns for all door hardware SKUs.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, root-cause analysis of variances, and tight process control at receiving and shipping.
  • Use Training Within Industry (TWI) model to train warehouse staff; set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop warehouse leads and supervisors to exceed expectations.
  • Cross-departmental work, including Sales, Customer Service, Product Engineering, Purchasing, and Programming to troubleshoot issues and improving the customer experience.
  • Fill in for your team when needed, keeping your schedule flexible enough to do so.
  • Ensures accountability and recording KPI metrics for team members.
