The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring all equipment needed in the branch is on hand at the appropriate time. Responsible for assigning purchase orders and ensure all the invoices and receivables are handled correctly and timely.

Requirements

High School or equivalent qualification.
Basic Computer Skills Must be able to track equipment in the system and must be able to use spreadsheets to assist with checking inventory variance reports.
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Create and place purchase orders with multiple vendors to ensure all inventory and non-inventory items are available for the branch. Process all returns and determines when warranty is in effect for faulty equipment.
Ensures all equipment is properly placed against the assigned project/jobs.
Conducts quarterly inventory with Operations Staff and reconciles inventory count variance and associated asset value.
