Warehouse Manager is responsible for: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This individual will play a key role in managing inventory, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and leading a small but efficient team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe, productive, and organized environment, while also managing logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory control.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a warehouse or operations role.
Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal warehouse management systems.
Ability to adjust to changing business needs and environments, with flexibility in managing workloads.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving operational efficiency.
A collaborative approach to working with others and fostering a positive work culture.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with frequent stooping or bending.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools (forklift certification preferred).
Must have legal authorization to work in the US and will not require sponsorship.
Drug-free workplace.

IATA/IMDG Certification (preferred).
DOT 49CFR Certification (preferred).
OSHA and/or PSM Training (preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is efficiently received, stored, and shipped.
Coordinate the unloading, inspection, and proper storage of goods to maintain an organized and accessible warehouse.
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Perform regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Delegate tasks to warehouse staff and monitor their performance to ensure operational targets and timelines are met.
Track key performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, shipping times) and implement corrective actions when necessary to improve performance.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and any operational challenges or issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.
