About The Position

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This role is responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, productivity, and customer service while optimizing warehouse processes and team performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic ERP software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • OSHA certification or knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff; manage scheduling, performance, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate logistics with carriers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and space utilization.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, equipment, and storage solutions for efficiency.
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.).
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
