About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at our branch location. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, safety, and team performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff; set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
Assign and prioritize daily tasks to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records through routine cycle counts and audits.
Implement processes to reduce inventory discrepancies, product damage, and stock shortages.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics to forecast inventory needs and support timely product availability.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows, layout, and processes.
Ensure the warehouse is well-organized, clean, and properly maintained, with efficient use of space and equipment.
