The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations to ensure materials and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This role is responsible for leading daily execution, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating carrier and 3PL activity. The position will play a key role in standing up a new warehouse operation, including organizing layout, workflows, and inventory as operations transition to Norcross, while building efficient, scalable processes to support long-term fulfillment.

  • Experience supervising warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory handling

  • Comfortable working on the floor and addressing issues directly
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and material handling equipment
  • Working knowledge of safety requirements for warehouse operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and organization of the new warehouse, including layout, racking, storage locations, and workflow design
  • Manage the transition of inventory into the new facility, including receiving, organizing, and tracking inbound transfers
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Coordinate daily workloads and shipment schedules to support on-time, complete, and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper system transactions
  • Own carrier and 3PL relationships, ensuring service levels, shipping execution, and issue resolution
  • Lead and supervise warehouse associates, enforcing performance, safety, and housekeeping standards
