About The Position

Main Focus is Warehouse management. Using Forklift to manipulate Vaults. Organizing, loading, unloading Vaults. Organizing and cleaning Warehouse and Tools.
Responsible for assisting the driver with route preparation; navigating the route; loading, unloading and assembling items at the customer's location.

• must have high school diploma or equivalent
• must have a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record
• Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills is a plus

• Ability to effectively use power and hand tools
• Must be able to ride and/or operate a motor vehicle and Forklift on a daily basis for extended periods of time; and climb in and out of vehicle. Frequently operate power and hand tools. Continuously sit, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb (on and off the truck; stairs), lift and carry at least 100 pounds, push, pull and grip. Occasionally may lift above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• navigate driver to the location including getting out of the truck at the location to assist driver in maneuvering around power lines, driveways, trees, etc.
• Telephone customers and notify them of expected arrival time.
• Maintain 5S's Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain in dock areas including exterior truck wells.
• Accurately load and unload items on and off the truck. Ensure items are secure, safe and free from damage.
• Place and assemble items at customer location as required.
• Assist driver with notifying the office of PO/PB results. Notify supervisor of merchandise rejected by the customer.
• Assist Daily with paperwork as needed.
• Occasionally fill in as driver ( if properly licensed) when driver is absent.
• Adherence to the Company's appearance guidelines.
