About the Role Join CBRE as a Mail Services Associate, where you'll support of our shipping & receiving operations for a campus warehouse. You'll ensure the efficient and secure flow of mail and packages, playing a vital role in supporting our clients with their warehouse shipping & receiving dock.

Responsibilities

Mailroom Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily mailroom activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages including international shipments and cold shipments of dry ice.
Receiving & Inspection: Audit deliveries against invoices, inspect items for damage or contraband, and ensure same-day delivery or proper notification.
Shipping & Logistics: Process shipment requests, coordinate with vendors, apply correct postage, and safeguard packages against damage.
Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish mail and postage supplies to maintain continuous operations.
Client Support: Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and effectively communicate with clients and team members regarding mail services.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing processes, contributing to team efficiency and problem-solving.
