About The Position

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations and delivery logistics for Incredible Flavors. This includes inventory management, receiving, order fulfillment, warehouse staff supervision, and direct management of delivery drivers and routes. The role ensures products move efficiently from receiving through delivery while maintaining accurate inventory, organized warehouse operations, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required, some college education preferred.
Must have some work experience in warehousing or logistics as a warehouse supervisor, or manager leading a warehouse team, or in a related position in a similar work environment.
Knowledge of state and federal safety regulations as they relate to the position.
Leadership, decision-making, skills, and communication skills are required in this role.

Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Supervise and manage warehouse staff and delivery drivers, ensuring clear expectations, productivity, and accountability.
Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes and driver schedules to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries to customers.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee cycle counts and inventory audits.
Ensure all inbound shipments are received, inspected, and properly recorded in the company's inventory system.
Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations, pallet racking, and product placement for efficient picking and stocking.
Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and staged accurately and on time for delivery or shipment.
Monitor order accuracy and resolve any shipping or delivery discrepancies.
Train warehouse staff and drivers on company procedures, safety standards, and operational best practices.
Ensure drivers represent the company professionally while interacting with customers during deliveries.
Oversee the loading of delivery trucks to ensure correct orders and safe transportation of products.
Monitor driver performance, delivery efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
Manage warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and coordinate maintenance when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Work closely with sales, purchasing, and management teams to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, workflow, and delivery logistics.
Assist with inventory transfers, large inbound shipments, and operational planning as needed.
