About The Position

We operate multiple growing construction and home service companies in the Springfield area. Our crews move fast, and we need someone who keeps jobs organized and ready so installs run without delays. This is not a basic warehouse job. You are responsible for making sure every job is staged, accurate, and ready to go. If crews are waiting or missing materials, this role owns fixing it.

Warehouse/logistics, construction, crew lead/foreman, or inventory/parts management experience

Responsibilities

Daily: Load and dispatch crews each morning (goal: out by 7:30 AM), pull and verify all materials for jobs, keep warehouse organized.
Weekly: Stage all upcoming jobs by Friday (goal: 97%+ accuracy), perform inventory checks, submit material needs.
Ongoing: Track inventory, prevent shortages, coordinate with office and field teams, solve problems before they hit the job site.
