About The Position

We are hiring Warehouse Logistics Associates to support day-to-day operations at our Kent facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring that equipment and materials are received, processed, organized, and prepared for redeployment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an onsite role with opportunities to grow and contribute to a team that values accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory support is a plus (but not required).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
Ability to learn and follow inventory processes and procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, or basic inventory tools (training provided).

Responsibilities

Receive, scan, and record incoming shipments from mailroom or service centers.
Unpack, sort, and prepare items for storage or redeployment.
Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for shipment or reuse.
Package and label items for outbound shipping, returns, or storage.
Pick, stow, and stage orders to support daily operations.
Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records.
Support order fulfillment, including bulk or special requests.
Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and occasional project work.
Meet baseline performance and accuracy standards while following safety protocols.
