About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Line Lead to oversee daily operations on the 1st shift. The successful candidate will direct a team of 8 to 10 associates, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. This full-time leadership role is essential in supporting efficient warehouse workflows during evening hours and fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Prior leadership and lead experience in a warehouse or production environment is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and direct a team
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Comfortable with manual work and supporting team during downtime
• Dependable, organized, and proactive

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 8 to 10 associates during the 2nd shift
• Assign tasks and monitor team progress to meet productivity goals
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
• Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance and operational issues
• Support team members during downtime with manual labor or additional tasks
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
