Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education with five (5) years of warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety-minded and proactive regarding safe operating practices.
  • Skilled in oral and written communications.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree in related business field.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of a variety of oilfield equipment.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas exploration, completion and production processes.
  • Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse processes, warehouse staff and material deliveries for efficiencies and cost requirements.
  • Accurately receive material into the store location and ensure that material is placed into the proper assigned locations.
  • Report any discrepancies in receiving to the store manager and help facilitate a resolution for those items.
  • Efficiently stack, store, load, unload, move, and stage product and materials in the appropriate areas using a forklift or other power equipment.
  • Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
  • Ensures inventory accuracy; responsible for cycle counts
  • Accurately record sales orders and pull materials for customer deliveries.
  • Efficiently pick up materials from local suppliers assuring accurate counts and required paperwork.
  • Safely delivers customer orders to field locations using company vehicles and trailers..
  • Develop professional working relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners.
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training warehouse employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and assisting to resolving problems.
