What You'll Do: As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll play a key role in the success of our operation by: Leading, training, and supporting a team to meet daily production goals Performing shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing activities Reviewing, verifying, and processing customer orders accurately Replenishing materials and maintaining inventory organization Promoting a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Operating within an automated warehouse management system (WMS) Adapting to changing priorities and daily workflow needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
  • Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
  • A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
  • Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified
