About The Position

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and the accurate and timely processing of goods. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or auditing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to warehouse operations.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Strong attention to details, accuracy and accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operations in a manner promoting safety
  • Daily management of the Warehouse Management System, including managing inbound, outbound, order picking and cycle count functions
  • Coordinate with customer on system integration
  • Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Prepare customer orders for processing.
  • Maintain customer records and updates account information.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order management and product management.
  • Must be super efficient in all tasks required
  • Keep appropriate records and reports
  • Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
  • Assist in any required physical inventories
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards
  • Ability to read, understand and follow instructions, and to code applicable documents
