Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required to successfully lead a large team.
  • Previous experience in leading people.
  • Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with ERP or EMS operations systems required: specific knowledge of SAP and Bartender software a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
  • Delivers superior value through commitment to quality, service and reliability.
  • Applies and shares ideas and best practices.
  • Ensures and engages in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Delegates and assigns work duties.
  • Coordinates departmental activities with other FNGP personnel, cells, and support functions, internal and external to this facility.
  • Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence or any nonconformity relating to product, process, and quality system either directly or by recommendation through designated channels.
  • Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
  • Support the training and maintain the training matrix within their assigned zone and reporting job classes.
  • Engages and develops team for continuous improvement.
  • Identifies and addresses safety concerns.
  • Leads by example and enables a positive workplace.
  • Reports work results, concerns, and improvement ideas up the organization.
  • Assign job responsibilities and evaluate for completion.
