About The Position

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead to support our distribution operations and help drive accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Position Overview The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This position ensures products are handled safely and efficiently while contributing to Style Crest’s commitment to 100% On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment (or ability to become certified)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift, push, and move up to 100 lbs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
  • Receive and verify inbound shipments and accurately enter inventory into systems
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
  • Pull orders for customer pickup and assist with loading as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory control processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers on-site
  • Support counter/store operations as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
