About The Position

They bridge the gap between warehouse workers and management, enforcing safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics and quality control
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and manage workflows to meet daily production targets.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee receiving, processing, and shipping of materials.
• Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean, organized work environment, and report accidents.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Train new hires and cross-train team members on procedures and equipment.
