About The Position

Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Warehouse Lead. This hands-on leadership role oversees staffing, production processes, and work therapy assignments within assigned commodities departments. You'll ensure operational excellence while supporting our rehabilitation program's mission through meaningful work experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Combination of education and relevant experience
• Valid driver's license with TSA vehicle qualification
• Warehouse operations experience preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Problem-solving expertise
• Team management experience
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong Excel skills a plus
• Regular lifting up to 50 pounds
• Extended standing and walking
• Frequent reaching and handling
• Clear vision and depth perception
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop
• Manual dexterity for operations
• Must pass all applicable background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and production processes in assigned departments
• Manage commodity evaluation and packing operations
• Ensure quality control for cleaning, pricing, and shipping prep
• Monitor and record production goals
• Maintain OSHA and TSA safety compliance
• Support efficient workflow processes
• Enforce OSHA safety guidelines
• Ensure proper use of PPE equipment
• Monitor workplace safety conditions
• Report safety concerns promptly
• Maintain clean and organized environment
• Follow all TSA policies and procedures
• Track production metrics
• Report incidents and concerns
• Maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with leadership
