About The Position

As a Warehouse Lead you will be responsible for providing excellent service within ARS Warehouse ensuring work is completed in a timely manner meeting the ARS Workflow to the best of your ability while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. Unload and physically check in and unpack IBT shipments of products accurately and safely Ensure serial numbers are documented accordingly Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities Report damages or shortages and or discrepancies to the appropriate person accordingly Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and record receiving data on paperwork and within P21 Stock inventory into proper location Prepare and organize received stock for inventory Return damaged products to senders Monitor inventory levels by completing regular cycle counts as assigned Regularly check Transaction Master Inquiry for open inbound transfers Review and address any issues in P21 related to Open Transfers, PO issues, Open Po’s, NoBin items, etc. Ensure warehouse is in proper order (clean, debris picked up, forklifts in proper charging area etc.) before the end of each shift Work with Manager to implement new projects i.e. RF Scan, Streamlined SOP’s Ensure Safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks (after training) Follow the Daily Checklist for warehouse Ensure all Safety Procedures followed Wears proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE Additional duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years warehouse experience in a high-volume HVAC Wholesale environment.
  • Employee must pass pre-employment post offer drug screen.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Clean Motor Vehicle/Driving Record
  • Must be able to communicate well with others.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Computer knowledge including MS Office applications.
  • Basic typing/10-key skills.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old
