About The Position

In this role, you’ll work closely with management to coordinate people and equipment so our warehouse runs efficiently and cost‑effectively. You’ll be a hands‑on leader who supports the team, maintains high standards, and helps us meet our goals as a department and company.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills
Natural leadership and organizational abilities
Forklift experience and certification
The ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 40 lbs occasionally
Comfort with physical activity, including climbing stairs, reaching overhead, bending, and twisting
The ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
Flexibility to work overtime when needed (up to 60 hours/week.

Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Responsibilities

Learning and performing all warehouse jobs with confidence
Supporting daily warehouse operations and shipping coordination
Using JDE 9.1 and other computer tools for data entry and tracking
Operating a forklift safely (certification required)
Training, guiding, and supporting warehouse team members
Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
Monitoring performance and helping team members grow
Maintaining inventory accuracy, including physical counts
Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety, food safety, and sanitation standards (FSMA, HACCP, HARPC, GMP)
Completing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or the Warehouse Manager
Attending off‑site supervisory training when needed.
