Summary: Responsible for the performance and conduct of the warehouse employees. Ensures appropriate employee performance by explaining their duties and responsibilities. Provides training, generates work schedules, and administers guidance when needed. Create and establish procedures to improve performance and work quality. Ensure that proper inventory levels of goods are maintained. Maintain accurate paperwork, documenting weights of inbound goods from the Outlet Store and goods to the Salvage Department. Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Must be a hands-on supervisor with forklift experience, preferred.
