Requirements

• Previous Experience in Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong Communication Skills: Capable of conveying information effectively to team members.

• Ability to Train Others: Experience in training and mentoring staff members.
• High School Diploma/GED: A foundational educational background to support your success.
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to and from work sites without issue.
• Physical Capability: Must be able to withstand the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Pass Drug Test: A commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of janitoral workers.

• Coordinating shift schedules and task assignments.
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
