About The Position

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for all phases of product movement including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have one year experience in a leadership role of receiving
• Must comply/adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Must be able to work variable shift schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as required
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to score satisfactory on pre-employment assessment
• Must ensure accuracy of work
• Leadership skills
• Forklift certification required
• Basic computer skills needed
• Capable of working in a team environment
• Good attention to detail skills
• Demonstration of Calumet Values – Safety, Environment & Social Responsibility, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion for Customers, and Excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving department and coordinates work assignments
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Order picking
• Operating equipment
• Shrink-wrapping products
• Preparing products for shipment
• Physical inventory count and preparation
• Storing inbound finished goods/raw materials
• Quality Control for outbound finished goods/raw materials
• Staging finished goods for outbound
• Prepping raw materials for packaging
• Additional duties as assigned
