About The Position

As a warehouse IT specialist, you will be accountable for helping us maintain networks, security camera systems, badge systems, alarm systems, printers, desktops and laptops, and robotic automation picking and packing systems. A successful candidate should have some experience in IT project coordination, a solid technical background, and good organizational, analytical, and learning abilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.
  • Excellent network skills, such as managing IT server room network switch/firewall.
  • Experienced computer troubleshooting skills (windows 10, Mac OS & Linux OS).
  • Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-known security camera system & badge system.
  • Nimble and patient with good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Robot Packing and Picking Automation system maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Warehouse-related IT support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, such as WAN/LAN networks, WiFi Access Points, MDF/IDF, video conference, security cameras, warehouse badge/alarm systems, etc.
  • Provide daily IT support for warehouse operations, including network, desktop/server, barcode and Wi-Fi printer, scanner, touch screen, PDA, UPS, other IT equipment, and warehouse management systems.
  • Maintain all IT equipment and automation systems in good working condition.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/PC operating system, hardware, software and apps, video conference, printer, etc., and support employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory, IT assets, and user access privileges.
  • Build and maintain warehouse robotic automation picking and packing systems related to IT servers, storage, and applications if needed.
  • Analyze error reports and system alerts to identify robots, charging stations, and other equipment.
  • Troubleshooting network and client endpoint issues, including packet captures and analysis.
  • To track the health and performance of robotic systems over time, maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, error logs, and performance metrics.
  • Write SOP user manual documents and provide IT training to end users.
  • Create and follow change control and incident management processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and projects.
  • Other projects or tasks assigned by the warehouse Operations Manager/Director.
