Requirements

Education: High School Diploma preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in a furniture warehouse or similar mechanical background.
Tech Savvy: Good computer skills; familiarity with hand/power tools is a plus.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work on elevated surfaces.
Math Skills: Adequate math skills and ability to read small print.
Inventory Knowledge: Experience with barcode inventory systems preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem Solver: Strong mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with individuals at all levels.
Travel: Must be able to travel to customer sites as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Handle Shipments with Care: Ship and receive a variety of commercial furniture and resources, ensuring every detail is accurate and safe.
Optimize Warehouse Flow: Coordinate and execute the movement of products within the warehouse, maximizing space utilization for efficiency.
Communicate with Confidence: Engage effectively with customers and peers, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Keep Records Spot-On: Maintain accurate records through proper documentation and data entry, ensuring smooth operations.
Be Proactive: Show initiative by actively participating in daily tasks and seeking out additional responsibilities to enhance your role.
