About The Position

Gulf Coast Panama Jack is a wholesale supplier of beach novelties including towels, chairs, umbrellas, apparel, sun care, and swim gear. We are seeking an organized, energetic Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control and daily warehouse operations. This role will manage a small team and ensure inventory is stored, moved, and picked efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

Previous warehouse management experience required
Able to read, write legibly, and perform basic math without a calculator
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Able to work independently with limited supervision
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks
Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexible availability as business needs require
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Prolonged walking/standing on hard concrete
Exposure to heat and other outdoor conditions when unloading trucks

Responsibilities

Ensure physical inventory is organized, labelled, and stored in designated locations and reflects accurately in our ERP system
Coordinate bin moves and strategically put-away inventory to optimize space and workflow
Pick and pull merchandise to fulfill transfers between warehouses
Re-label or repackage merchandise as needed
Unload trucks and containers; receive and verify shipments
Stock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records
Complete required paperwork and inventory documentation
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area
